August 30, 2021 Board Meeting
Meeting began: 7:00 Pm
Attendees: Katie Wodell, Kathy Swyers, Laureen Kelly. and Andy Hicks.
Financial Report per Kathy: We currently have approximately $26,000. Everyone but one person has paid the assessment for the roofs. If they do not pay by September 15 the Board will start legal action to place a lien on the unit.
Problem with tenant in unit 32 throwing cigarette butts on back deck and front parking lot. The owner has been notified as well as the tenant. If there are anymore cigarette butts found on decks or parking lot the owner will receive a fine.
Dumpster: A bid has been received to fix the dumpster gates and create a new opening. The Board has decided to change the structure back to the way it had been with the opening for the residents on the west side of the dumpster due to no one closing the gaits. Laureen will notify the handyman to go ahead and make the changes.
Concrete: The concrete that was replaced in front of the dumpster has 3 cracks in it but there was no guarantee with the work. It does not seem to be a danger in any way at this time so no further repairs will be made at this time.
Roaches in building 1: The unit owner believed to be the cause of the roaches was notified and has had the unit sprayed. They have been notified that only 2 pets are allowed and that the unit needs to be cleaned. Laureen will send email to all the owners suggesting they all have their units sprayed right away so that the roaches do not just move from unit to unit.
Roofs: Both buildings have a new roof now and the damage done by the latest storm has been repaired.
Landscaping: Katie will order the bushes for the entrance and landscaping supplies for the hill on the South side of building 1.
Voting: Laureen will give each Board member the names of the owners to contact to see if they will run for the Board. Names to be submitted by October 28 so they can be mailed November 1.
Light on Building 2: Andy will get it replaced within the next couple of weeks.

Year 1 (2013)- Staining front decks
Year 2 - Landscaping and sign at entrance to complex
Year 3 - Sealing parking lot
Year 4 - Staining front cedar siding
Year 5 - Staining rear steps ( make available to each owner for rear deck) Year 6 - 10 - repeat 1-5
Year 12 - repeat 1-5
