Repaired main water line to building 1 and had all owners repair water leaks in each unit.
Replaced gutters in front in the center of both buildings with larger gutters and added an extra downspout to each building.
Front decks were stained a two tone color.
The elctrical box on the South side of Building 1 has been replaced. The North side of building 2 is planned for early July and the South side for early September.
The outside electrical box servicing the Northside of Building 2 was replaced
Numerous repairs were made on decks, gutters, drains and front siding.
Front siding and front decks on both buildings painted. Front doors all painted the same color - dark red.
2 trees were removed and 1 tree on south end of building 1 was trimmed back due to disease.
The outside electrical box for the South side of Building 2 was replaced
All the dryer vents except for unit 9, 10, and 31 were cleaned. These units had no one available to let the cleaners in. They will have to make arrangements on their own to have the work done. Along with the cleaning, many unit owners chose to replace the vent covers at the time of cleaning.
The roof on Building 2 was replaced and 1 chimney cap replaced. The other cap did not need to be replaced.
